Recruiting, done for you · Built in Germany
We write the ad, put it out through our multiposting network and LinkedIn, and search again every day. Every candidate goes through a structured interview with our AI recruiter, and every profile is then cleared by a person. Checked profiles keep arriving until the role is filled.
Export to your ATS
Send candidates you've been introduced to straight into Ashby, Personio, Greenhouse or Recruitee.

Can we widen this a bit? Two weeks in and I've only met one person I'd hire.
Your 'must relocate' line was filtering out three strong people who would move for the right role. I've relaxed it to 'open to relocating' and re-ran the shortlist — two new matches, both above 85%.

How a role runs with us
The difference from a classic consultancy is step six: they deliver a batch of profiles and go quiet. The search here re-runs every day the role is open, and only surfaces people you have not seen.
You tell us the role once. No form, no template. We write the ad from it. Rather not wait for a slot? Register and give us the role in writing instead — the rest runs the same way.
The ad goes live through our multiposting network and onto LinkedIn. You post nothing yourself.
The search re-runs daily against the pool while the role is open, and skips everyone already scored — so each run brings people you have not seen.
Before a profile reaches you it has been through a full interview: motivation, salary, availability, skills. Nova, our AI recruiter, runs it, which is why every candidate gets the same depth. Then come the checks for duplicates, doctored CVs and throwaway addresses. Whatever reaches you has been cleared by a person.
Not filter output. Each profile says why we are proposing them and where it does not fit. If someone works: one click and the introduction goes out.
The search does not stop at the first shortlist. New matches arrive as they appear, until someone signs. You never have to chase us.

Two ways to work with us
You see every candidate as they arrive and tell us what was off. Correct the brief in the chat and the next day's search uses it — the criteria are yours to move.
You do nothing. A mail arrives when there are genuinely new strong profiles, never an empty one, and at most one per role per day. You click invite, or you don't.
Either way it is the same search underneath. The only thing that changes is how much of it you want to see.

What you are not signing up for
You see three to five people, not two hundred applications. Nobody reaches you who has not been interviewed by our AI recruiter, checked for duplicates and doctored CVs, and cleared by a person.
Atlas drafts it from the call and posts it. You approve it — that is the whole of your writing.
No retainer, no exclusivity, no minimum. Keep your agency and your own pipeline running alongside.
Nothing owed until you hire, a full refund if they leave inside 90 days, and no fee for anyone you were already talking to.

Data & compliance
Candidate and company data is processed in the European Union, under GDPR.
WhyBrilliant GmbH — a real entity with a real address, named in the imprint.
A candidate agrees to the introduction before you receive their details. Nobody is passed on quietly.
Your role, your requirements and your feedback are used to fill your role — not sold on or listed.
Who is behind this
WhyBrilliant is built by two founders and a small core team in Germany. There is no call centre and no SDR layer between you and the people who make the product — whoever picks up can answer the pricing, the data and the technical questions.
